Kaboom Build Day

Seeking Volunteers for Playground Build Day

Windmill Springs School is excited to announce that on October 18th, the school will be receiving a brand new playground! In order to help this playground come to life, we are seeking parents, guardians and members of the community to volunteer. Click on Read Full Story to learn more!

New Kinder Playground Build Day

We are building a new Kinder playground and we want you involved.


Thursday, August 22 is Design Day.


At 4pm we would like students to come, plan, and share their design ideas for the new playground. After the students have shared we invite parents and staff to share their ideas about the design of the new Kinder playground.
We will be working with Kaboom to create our new playground.


Light refreshments will be available and babysitting for the adult portion.


All are welcome.
Windmill Springs Modernization

Join us for Windmill Springs School's Grand Opening Ceremony

Franklin-McKinley School District invites the local community to join us for a special Grand Opening Ceremony for Windmill Springs School on August 17, 2019, at 9am. The school received various upgrades including modernized classrooms, front parking lot improvements, a redesign of the kitchen, front office modernization, and playground structure upgrades. Additionally, this fall will be the first year of the new Vietnamese Dual Language Immersion Program!

School Closed for Summer

Windmill Springs will be closed for summer.
The front office will open back up on August 1, 2019.

Last Day of School June 14

The last day of the 2018-2019 school year is June 14. School gets out at 1:15 pm. It has been a wonderful year, and we will miss all of our amazing students!

Parent Meeting with the Board of Education
